To request a reopening of your case or cases, you must request the reopening in writing to the City of Green Bay Municipal Court.  You may use the Request to Reopen form. You must understand that there is a non-refundable administration fee of $50 per case that must accompany your request. You will have to prove there is valid reason(s) for your reopening request.  The form may be mailed or e-mailed.

Any forms returned without the $50, per case, administration fee, will not be considered for re-opening.

Within a few days of receiving your reopen request, the court will inform you of the judge’s decision to reopen or not reopen your case.  If the judge does grant your request, you may have to come to court for more hearings. If the judge does not grant the request to reopen, you will still owe the forfeiture(s) for the violation(s).
