Bulk Waste

Bulk waste, construction waste, extra garbage bags, yard waste, etc. placed curbside outside of the approved times will be invoiced as follows:

• $95* up to and including 3 cubic yards
• $190* over 3 cubic yards to 10 cubic yards
• $285* over 10 cubic yards

Improper Cart Storage

Sanitation carts not stored in an approved location will be invoiced as follows:

• $38* per violation

Early Set Out

Sanitation carts placed at the street/terrace outside of the standard pick up day will be invoiced as follows:

• $61* per violation

Sanitation Violation

Trash bins containing Recycling material and/or Recycling bins containing Trash material will be provided a notification of the violation. If the violation continues, the property will be invoiced as follows:

• $61* per violation

*Note: Charges listed are subject to change annually. Charges listed are 2023 fees.

All fees will be invoiced to the property owner. Invoices not paid within 30 days will be added to the tax roll.
