The Board is responsible for overseeing and enforcing the Ethics Code of the City of Green Bay.  They also investigate any complaints related to the City Ethics Code.  

• How appointed: appointed by the Mayor and approved by the Common Council
• Number of members: 6, including one alder and one city officer/employee
• Length of terms: 36 months
