Annexation Commission
The Commission is responsible for studying and recommending action on all petitions for annexation to the City of Green Bay.

Board of Review
The board hears and decides on any appeals from property owners regarding property tax assessments.

Brown County Housing Authority
The Brown County Housing Authority’s primary role is to oversee the Housing Choice Voucher program that is contracted with Integrated Community Solutions, as well as to issue housing revenue bonds and provide down payment and closing cost assistance to qualified potential home buyers.

Brown County Planning Commission
The Commission undertakes planning activities in six general categories: economic development, transportation, land use, local assistance, natural resources, and housing. The City of Green Bay has representatives.

City of GB / Scott Joint Plan Commission
The Commission is responsible for developing a master plan for the joint planning area shared by the City of Green Bay and Town of Scott. The Joint Plan Commission reviews all major development proposals that occur in the joint planning area and coordinates and collaborates on short and long-term planning projects. The commission also acts as a resource and liaison to municipal governments when managing the mutual border between the City of Green Bay and the Town of Scott.

On the Downtown Business Improvement District Board, there are 5 members.

Economic Development Authority
The Authority is responsible for the development of industrial and commercial activities in the City of Green Bay, including the I-43 business park.

Ethics Board
Responsible for overseeing and enforcing the Ethics code of the City of Green Bay. The Board is responsible for investigating any complaints related to the City Ethics Code.

Equal Rights Commission
