Lost and found items are collected from buses at the end of service each day. Items are available for pick-up the beginning of the next business day. Green Bay Metro is unable to contact drivers regarding lost items during the course of the day. All lost and found items are kept in the Dispatch office for 30 days and if not claimed then we donate them.
Don’t Forget Your Bike
Lost bikes left on Green Bay Metro bike racks are stored at the Green Bay Metro garage for 30 days. Unclaimed bikes are then turned over to the City of Green Bay Police Department; call them at 920-448-3200.
