Planned Natural Landscapes

The City and Sustainability Commission finds it is in the public's interests to encourage diverse landscape treatments throughout the City, particularly those landscape elements that support the preservation, restoration, and management of native plant communities, healthy pollinator communities, and soil and water conservation.

Planned Natural Landscaping is a planned, intentional, and maintained area which may include, without limitation, trees, shrubs, and native plants, or vegetation associated with a rain garden.

Registration is required for Planned Natural Landscaping in the City of Green Bay. Please read the full implementation requirements in Section 24-84 (g) of the municipal code before submitting a registration application. Please submit an online application or complete, print, and submit this fillable application.
