About the Program

The Woodland Building is an educational exhibit featuring native Wisconsin wildlife in their woodland habitats. Exhibit animals are selected to tell stories about wildlife:

• predators and prey
• adaptations for survival
• nocturnal life style
• endangered species
• conservation

Most animals are obtained through the Sanctuary’s rehabilitation program.

How It Works

• You give a gift of $100 or more.
• We engrave the person’s name on a wood grain plate.
• We mount the plate on Wolf Donor Board in Woodland Building.
• We give you a certificate.
• We use your gift to provide:
  • animal purchases
  • animal habitat (homes)
  • interpretive graphics
  • equipment
  • tools
• We mail you an acknowledgment letter.
