The City of Green Bay is fortunate to have over 40 established Neighborhood Associations. Neighborhood Associations are much larger in size and must meet specific annual guidelines set forth by the Green Bay City Council.
In addition to crime prevention, Neighborhood Associations participate in many other projects and activities such as beautification efforts.
The Green Bay Neighborhood Leadership Council (GBNLC) is a non-profit organization that is the link between Neighborhood Associations and local government. The Council is comprised of Neighborhood Association presidents, several at-large community members, and City staff.
This group fundraises to provide financial resources to all City of Green Bay Neighborhood Associations.
